Can a student come to the shop to purchase items during school hours? 
In order to limit the number of people at the shop, items are to be ordered online only. If you would like to purchase something from the Encore Shop, please contact the shop at clothingshop@ecs.qc.ca or 514-935-6357.

What is your return/exchange policy?
All items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Returned items will be quarantined before being re-sold.

Returned items must be in brand-new condition: unworn, un-washed, and un-altered with tags still attached. Worn or altered items can be donated to the Encore Shop.

How do I return or exchange an item?
Any items to be returned or exchanged must be brought to school and given to the front office. Please indicate on the original packing slip what you would like to return and/or what you would like to exchange. Most returns/exchanges will be processed the same day, however, please allow up to 3 school days for processing delays. 

Can I be added to a waiting list for out of stock items?
NEW: Out of stock items now have a "notify me when available" button. Subscribing to this notification will automatically alert you when an item is back in stock.

What size do I need?
We are in the process of creating sizing charts which should help you choose which size is best. If you would like some advice, contact the shop at clothingshop@ecs.qc.ca. Also remember that any item can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

How will I receive my goods?
If your daughter is at school, your order will be given to her to bring home. If they are not at school, you will be contacted when your order is ready and it will be left for you at reception for pickup. Please allow up to 3 school days for packaging and delivery.
